Sidewalks , Beautiful tree in front yard , Beautiful inlaid wood floors , high ceilings , Larger living room , large dining room , eat-in kitchen (not huge) , 2 large bedrooms (and 2 smaller ones) , Beautiful floors , finished walk-up attic with skylight , Finished basement , full bath in basement , Tons of charm , Large bright sunroom in front of house

About 100 feet from somewhat busier prospect st , Window air conditioning , Not a lot of closet space , Lower ceiling in stairwell to finished room in attic , attic room much warmer than rest of house on this very hot day (had an ac unit running) , Lower ceiling in stairwell to basement
